Q. I want to buy a phone case, notebook, tote bag, or other item but I don't see it as a clickable item. How do I buy it?
A. For any type of item where every item is not made there is one item called "All item name" this has a drop down list of options. You will select the photograph you want on the item from this list. During checkout you will provide any additional information required in the order notes, such as which model phone you want the case to fit or the name of the picture.
Q. Why aren't all the samsung galaxy phone cases ready made?
A. I can only put so many items in this shop. To see how the case will look please look at the iPhone case with the same picture. The galaxy version will be made with the photo in the same location as it is on the iPhone case. Then select the name of the picture from the dropdown list. Lastly, enter your samsung galaxy phone model in the order notes during checkout. You can also send it via the contact form. Just make sure to include your name and order number.
Q. I forgot to add something into the notes in checkout. What do I do?
A. You can email me at [email protected] with the missing information. Please note, if I receive an order with missing information I will email you as well. Please put the order number in the subject line, as will I. You can also fill out and submit a contact form.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. It depends on the item. Some items take longer to produce then others (2-4 days). Once the item is shipped it should arrive in 4 to 5 days.
